The elusive KickFlip Challenge by Volcom has been going on for a little more than a year and after thousands of attempts and several dozen near fin castrations, Josh Sleigh brings in photographic proof of his recently completed kickflip. The only catch to him winning the Volcom Kickflip Off and taking home the $10,000, no video proof. Did Sleigh get a raw deal, view the picture sequence below and you be the judge. Sleigh would have won the money had he rode it out and into the flats—and caught it on video. Either way, it’s guys like Josh Sleigh who are constantly pushing the aerial envelope and he deserves some props.
