Slater Posts Perfect 10 at Hurley US Open
The greatest surfers in world took over the greatest surfing contest venue in the world, the Huntington Beach Pier, last week for the 2009 Hurley US Open of Surfing. With a massive summer swell pounding Surf City, most rides during the quarter finals were limited as 10-foot waves were closing out the beachbreak. But the best surfers find a way to make it happen – Kelly Slater makes magic happen.
