Every once in a while a picture captures more than just an image as evidenced by this shot.  This picture of Matt Hensley, by Dan Sturt, helped define a skateboarding era.  This shot has since inspired many photographers to look at skateboarding and photography from a different perspective. In 1990 Hensley was an easy favorite on the skateboard scene and this picture gave hope to many skaters around the globe that epic skate spots like this overpass were attainable.  For more on the old school style of Hensley check out the video below.
