Shred Stixx Europe Hosts First International Winter Wakesurf Event “ShredStixX-mas”
With 0 degree air temp and 7 degree water temp, Nik Zuber and Rebecca Ort are the first Shred StixX-mas Champions and at the same time the winners of the first cold water wakesurf contest of the world. On December, 5th they both convinced the judges on Lake Zurich with their diversified trick range. 22 riders followed the call from Shred Stixx Europe and came to the KIBAG Marina in Bäch even though it snowed on the day before. They enjoyed the hot showers, warm-up tent and hot wine punch and defied the cold weather. After the runs and the awards everybody had the chance to win slayshTank t-shirts and a brand new 2010 Shred Stixx Thresher.
