Deerhunter’s New Video: “Helicopter”
Deerhunter’s upcoming release for 4AD, Halcyon Digest, is a much anticipated disc for us here at the Tank. Luckily, they’ve been leaking bits and pieces of audio, video, and cyber fun for the fans to keep themselves busy while biding time for Sept. 28th.
The band has posted a video for “Helicopter”, a heavy, ethereal, cry for help of sorts in which frontman Bradford Cox’s face is shot in black and white close up. To watch it go to this website and click on the passage by author Dennis Cooper.
