2013 Inland Surfer Wakesurf Boards Added to Online Store and Announcing Keenan Flegel Short Film

The 2013 Inland Surfer line up has been added to the slayshTank Online Store and the new surf style board from Keenan Flegel and the James Walker Flyboy are both available for purchase.

“The goal of this board was to bring the feeling of surfing in the ocean to wakesurfing. I am stoked to say that this board does exactly that. I spent a great deal of time in the shaping room with this board and went through about 4 or 5 prototypes to get it right. This board is incredible. The outline of this board puts the beef where you need it, under your front foot. By doing this, the board accelerates efficiently, accelerates when you lean forward and maintains the traction, leverage, drive, and maneuverability in the tail that no other surf style board has. It features a single concave that goes flat through the tail for the perfect combination of speed, stability, and transition on the rail. The rail is soft (rounded) from the nose up until the area of the front fins where it becomes progressively harder (sharp). This puts the bite where you need it and allows the rest of the board to be forgiving. The slightly rounded tail is the perfect platform for which ever fin configuration you choose (I prefer all 5 fins) This board features a concave deck with an elevated stringer that forms divots that fit your foot perfectly.” – Keenan Flegel
