slayshTank Team Rider Dominic Lagace Shreds Mexico

Checking in with slayshTank Rider Dominic Lagace as he continues to travel the world a live the dream of wakesurfing and ocean surfing on a year around basis.  For this trip we catch up with him on his latest trip through Mexico, enjoy.

“Hey guys, I spend the last 3 weeks with, the Mexican Wakeboard Mafia riding everyday. We went to Valle de Bravo, about 3 hours outside of Mexico City, for the Quicksilver Wakefest. One of the best contest of Mexico with the best rider of Mexico like Jorge Spamer. I had the chance to do a wakesurf demo with Shaun Murray, Rusty Malinosky and Brian Grubb.

After that we all drove to Tequesquitengo where is the main base of Jorge, Melo, Mario, Javier from the Mexican Wakeboard Mafia, where we spend about 2 weeks on this little lake of Teques with flat water everyday and about 85 degres water. Living the real Mexican life, eating tacos, driking cahuamas and riding everyday. What else would you ask for?

After that we drove up 12 hours north to Reynosa, where is a little cooler but there is everything for a rider. Nice boat and a nice wake, rails, kicker, jet ski and flat water.  Everything you need. If there’s something missing, they will find it for you.
